This sought after N.J. fishing charter boat specializes in light tackle and fly fishing in Raritan/Sandy Hook Bay and its surrounding waters, New York Harbor and along the coastal beaches of the Atlantic Ocean in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
Capt. Fletcher Chayes is a master captain with over 40 years fishing his local waters and all over the world. His favorite type of fishing is live-lining bunker and casting plugs for Trophy Striped Bass, however, Bluefish, Fluke, Albies, Sea Bass and Blackfish are also frequently caught in season. Jig-n-Pop Tuna as well as Shark Charters are also available in nearshore and offshore waters July through November.
- May and June - prime months for landing bass over fifty pounds.
- Summer time - Fluke Season and Family Charters with children in the bays and Navesink/Shrewsbury Rivers are always welcome.
- July through November - Tuna and Sharks.
- October through December - jigging Bass and blasting bait under seagulls, and Catching Blackfish on Reefs and Wrecks.
